WELCOME to Central Coast Neurological Surgery PC. We are a consultation practice specializing in delivering an excellent surgical care experience for degenerative problems of the spine. Our goal is to achieve this by carefully evaluating every patient's clinical situation and utilizing a practical, conservative approach to achieve peak results. We carefully apply technology to optimize each patient’s function and always consider motion strategies prior to fusion. Surgeries are performed in the appropriate inpatient or outpatient setting and patients are carefully followed postoperatively for an extended period of time.

Introducing VIA Disc NP by VIVEX
CCNS is now offering VIA Disc NP, a new product therapy line for degenerative disk disease from VIVEX Biologics!
The VIA Disc NP procedure is a minimally invasive procedure intended for patients who have experienced tissue loss within the lumbar intervertebral discs. The procedure involves fluoroscopy imaging to guide a spinal needle through Kambin’s safe triangle into the nucleus pulposus of the intervertebral disc. The VIA Disc NP allograft is delivered into the target disc to rehydrate and support the cushioning function of the degenerated disc.
